Ambassador Program

🌟 Ambassador Role Description:

The Ambassador title is a special appointed honor within the Cinderella system and is not a competitive or royalty title.  While royalty earn their titles through competition, the Ambassador is selected based on character, leadership, and heart.

The Ambassador represents the true spirit of Cinderella—kindness, inclusion, and service to others. She consistently goes out of her way to welcome and support fellow contestants at preliminaries and events, helping to create a positive, encouraging, and uplifting environment for everyone involved.

In addition to her presence at events, the Ambassador serves as a representative of the Cinderella program within the community. She participates in outreach opportunities, promotes the values of the system, and acts as a role model both on and off the stage.

 

A key part of the Ambassador’s role is developing leadership and communication skills. She is encouraged to attend preliminary pageants and events, where she may speak about her outreach efforts and share how she is making an impact through Cinderella.

 

👑 Role Distinction & Participation

The Ambassador is not part of the official royalty court and does not participate in royalty-specific functions. However, she is an important member of the state delegation.

• Royalty: Overall winners ages 6+ who earn their titles through competition

• State Delegation: Overall winners ages 0+ and the Ambassador

At preliminary pageants:

• The Ambassador will be recognized and announced separately from royalty

• She will be provided with a table to display her awards, along with a chair cover and crown topper, similar to royalty

 

🤝 Event Responsibilities

At preliminary pageants and events, the Ambassador’s primary role is to support and engage with contestants.

• She should plan to interact with participants, helping them feel welcomed, included, and supported

• If fewer than three royalty members are present, the Ambassador may be asked to assist with royalty responsibilities

 

🎤 Participation & Eligibility

• The Ambassador may compete at preliminary pageants

• However, she may not compete and perform Ambassador duties at the same event

  • If competing, she participates strictly as a contestant

  • If serving as Ambassador, she focuses fully on her leadership role

 

💖 The Ambassador is selected for someone who:

• Demonstrates genuine kindness and compassion

• Actively includes and encourages others

• Displays strong character and leadership

• Participates in community outreach

• Represents Cinderella with integrity and heart

 

The Ambassador is not defined by a crown, but by her actions, her voice, and the positive impact she has on those around her.
