By signing my name below, I agree to abide by the rules set forth by Cinderella and its Board of Directors. I further agree to hold harmless the Cinderella Scholarship Program, the Pennsylvania Cinderella Scholarship Program, their directors, and staff of damages or liabilities due to theft, accident, or injury during or resulting from my or my child(ren)'s participation in this program. In addition, the Pennsylvania Cinderella Pageant has my permission to display any photos or videos of me and/or my family, taken at any Cinderella Event. All funds are nonrefundable unless your pageant is canceled, and you are unable to attend another preliminary pageant. Any unsportsmanlike conduct before, during, and/or after the pageant will be cause for permanent dismissal from the Cinderella program. I understand that, while there is no requirement to advance to the state pageant from a preliminary pageant, if I advance to the state pageant and win an overall title, I understand that I must attend the International pageant or I will forfeit my title and no longer be able to participate in the Cinderella Program.
